N2820A 雙通道電流探頭連接兩個示波器通道，可以同時提供寬動態(tài)范圍測量的低增益和高增益視圖，N2821A 單通道電流探頭可顯示一個用戶選擇的視圖。

與 9000 H 系列高清 Infiniium 示波器結(jié)合可以組建**的高清測量解決方案。使用 Infiniium 示波器的曲線下區(qū)域測量（電荷），您可以方便地計算指定時間的集成電流消耗（庫侖）。
